Cruising on sarms

I have a good amount of cycles under my belt, and have made great gains in mass, strength, and aesthetics. 10 out of 10 females agree that I am sexy as fuck. When I first started cycling, my entire goal was recomp, to stay lean while putting on size. I ran all of my beginning cycles like this with good success.. but nothing great. Well this previous winter I decided to do my first real bulking cycle. The cycle was 500 mg of test sust with 600 mg of tren ace per week, kick started with dbol for the first 4 weeks at 40 mg per day. I ran this cycle for a total of 10 weeks. I started this cycle about a month after doing a show. I was 6'1 185 pounds with very low body fat and finished at 210 pounds and was still fairly lean. I decided to use MK-2866 in my pct and a SARMS bridge after because I heard it would help keep your gains. I am on my second sarms run now since coming off, and plan on doing another run before I bulk again this winter. Because of the SARMS, i kept 100% of my mass gains and almost all of my strength gains. I am currently 6'1 220 and in single digit body fat. I have to say.. cruising on sarms is the way to go
 
They've definitely changed the game for sure. I've also had great success with them
 
i know i am going to have to come off of them at some point to give my body a break.. i have been going 8 weeks on, with 4 weeks off with pct. But in 8 months i have put on around 20-25 lean pounds.. and kept it all. That shit ain't no joke.
 
IME, ostarine was clutch in PCT. Losing muscle post cycle sucks. OSTA mitigates that problem for me very well.

Is it enough time off to take just 4 weeks plus pct or should the same protocol as aas be followed where time off= time on plus pct?

I'm currently doing my second run on my first week of ostarine from unique, the first time I gained 10lbs so I'm excited
 
I did what you did, 8 weeks on then 4 week PCT then 8 weeks on again. After about 4 weeks into the second cycle I couldn't lift for close to a week because of exams, I shriveled up, didn't even looked like i lifted. Took me the whole 3 weeks from the rest of the cycle just to get back to the way i was looking before i stopped lifting for that week. I talked to Dylan and he said my body needed a break from sarms.

I also noticed that the vascularity and muscle hardness SIGNIFICANTLY dropped from the continuous use. I was running SS S4 and Osta and i was running s4 at 100mg, veins should have been exploding from my skin like they did before but it wasn't. Gonna take a long break from sarms before i look into it again.
 
25 mg per day of MK-2866 during PCT for 4 weeks. Then 25 mg of MK-2866, 50 mg bridged up to 100 mg a day of S-4, and 20 mg per day of GW-501516, for 8 weeks.
