Alright so im doing tri's today..go through my normal routine which i end with pushdowns sometimes a rope sometimes the v-bar whatever..Now mind you im ending my 3rd week of var looking for the strength gains which ive seen some!!Bang out my first set seems like a feather im thinking hmm maybe its kicking in, bump the pin up feels way too light as im doing the stack for 15 reps!! then i look and im like duh its a new cable station..started to chuckle to myself..i wish the var was that good!!!!
