So I am 30 years old 6-4 270 22% body fat. I have done a few cycles in my 20's joined a crossfire gym about a month ago going 3-5 per week. I've seen mixed emotions on the net about cycling and cross fit. Just want to maintain strength and lean out. Been on the Paleontology diet for 3 weeks now any help would be appreciated. Trying to get back in shape.
