Crossfit cycle help

So I am 30 years old 6-4 270 22% body fat. I have done a few cycles in my 20's joined a crossfire gym about a month ago going 3-5 per week. I've seen mixed emotions on the net about cycling and cross fit. Just want to maintain strength and lean out. Been on the Paleontology diet for 3 weeks now any help would be appreciated. Trying to get back in shape.

Really diet and cardio. U worked out before for quite sm time so muscle memory will play a strong role.

U could look into 5x5 on here to keep strength
 
What cycle would be good for this someone was saying eq but you get crazy pump on that test and win maybe looking where to start not to knowladgeable on this stuff had a buddy helping me out before. Seems like every where you look there is contradicting posts. Thanks.

first at 22% dont cycle get your bf% down a lot more then think about it

if down the road you do decide to cycle and do crossfit you need to keep your dosages very low or you will not make it through a workout

you also need to do a ton of research and see if the risks of doing crossfit while on roids are worth it to you.. it can be dangerous and if you dont understand the risks you shouldnt mix the two of them

no reason to mess with roids right now.. you are just now getting your diet and training down. keep up with the crossfit and just bust your ass. go 5X per week... the paleo diet is good, probably way better than the diet you were eating before.

get your body fat down sub 15% and then come back .. i know some crossfit guys so i know what its all about. AAS will not help you at all at this time. your goals with crossfit are very different than bodybuilding. give it time, there are no short cuts.

Eq is for ppl with bf 15% or under imo

its tough find a balance to use stuff cus I'm Wrestling college level and lot of stuff will give you too much pumps. Your goals at moment no reason to use anything.
