Hi all,
I'm planning to start a nutritional diet soon to cut down my bodyfat and gain lean muscle mass. I'm presently 5'8, 180 lbs, not too sure about my current bf%. I'm 3 weeks into my workout routine which consists of Mon - Fri with Wed, Sat, Sun off which includes cardio and weight training. I would like to start the following diet daily.
Breakfast - MetRX shake
Snack - Fruit
Lunch - Chicken Breast w/ vegetables
Snack - MetRX protein bar
Post Workout - Myoplex shake
Dinner - meat source w/ vegetables
Any thoughts?
