Warm up with two sets of Leg Ext.
Squats: 5 sets 20-8 reps
LegPress: 4 sets 15-8 reps
Hackquat: 3 sets 20-12reps
Leg Ext: 2 sets to Failure
Hams:
Warm up With light lunges 2 sets.
Stiff leg Deadlifts: 4 sets 15-8 reps
Seated Leg curls: 3 sets 15-8 reps
Single Leg leg curl: 3 sets 15-8 reps
Calves:
Seated Calf Raise: 3 sets 25-20 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 3 sets 25-20 reps
Calf Machine: 3 Sets 25-20 reps
