week 1-10 500mg sus Mon and Thur
week 7-10 50mg ED winny
week 1-10 1-2pumps AIFM/ED


Week after last aas
1000 iu hcg x 3weeks
30mg clomid ED 6weeks

Please feel free to adjust. I have never taken AIFM before but have heard nothing nut great things! Can I dorp the clomid and maintain AIFM for 6 weeks after last aas?

I would start a week after cause sustenon has 4 different esters and they act in different times. When the longer ester is acting its already too weak the dosage.

to reep the best benefits from sustanon, it wouldn't be a bad idea to shoot every 3rd day. So you utilize the propionate ester more efficiently. good luck
