Hi,

Just wondering - I want to change things up alittle to increase fat burning.
I was thinking of something like this - to focus soley on fat burning and maintaining the muscle. Was going to do this for about a month.

I was thinking of one body part per day then follwed with cardio for 30 - 40 mins...

any thoughts???

Thanks,

I don't think that's a very good idea but that's just me

I guess bring some shake or drink to sip on while you're in the gym for that long if that's what you're going to do

Looks fine bro...just keep the intensity up. Intensity is the key to preserving muscle, you can drop the duration, frequency, and volume of your workouts...and if you keep intensity the same, you will maintain the muscle you have. It should work out fine, especially if you're just doing this for a month

And of course cardio is always good for cutting. Just make sure your diet is solid, and don't go overboard on the cardio...take a couple days a week off.

I will probably break up 5 workouts per week....maybe add an extra cardio only day, I will see how it goes though with the 5 per week first.

I am going to use "Thermo Genesis" as well not sure about the spelling - I think it's made by Natures Best....

Also, make sure you order your bodyparts so that they are not sore and interfere with your workout the next day.
Bi's and Tri's towards the end: legs on last day so that they are not sore for CV in the week.
This will work well:
Monday: Shoulders
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Biceps & Triceps
Friday: Legs
Sat & Sun: Rest.
Depends on which days you are training, but you get me?
