Critique my weight loss process ..........I need to lose 90lbs!

Is 49% body fat posibble????? I still cant get over it........is it correct or is the weight scale wrong...........Verizonizer, thanks for your advice again on what supplements I should get........I've just told my bro to get me three months supply of xenadrine, ALA and flax seed oil..........I asked him to get them from dpsnutrition.....My assumption is that there is no other place which sells them for lesser............Guys, what do you do when you HAVE to goto restuarants?......is it good to eat barbequed boneless chicken or Grilled chicken? or will it be a problem......?

My guess would be 49% could be possible, but I am not a body fat expert. But look at it this way, if you do things right to start with, you will notice RAPID changes, that is what motivated me to get off my ass and change. Don't let that number discourage you, get a goal and go for it, you have nothing to lose but the fat! Good luck!
 
I think everyone will say the same about it coming off faster the more you have. I have read stories of people losing more than 20lbs in their 1st 2 weeks on Atkins. There are a few Lowcarb message boards out there to use as encouragement and to see what others are doing and have done. I will post some links when I get home in the morning. I am at work for another 10 hours so be patient.

I was around 20%bf a little over a month ago. I am now around 13% I think. From what I have read!!! Once you get below 15% it is a bitch and you have to really work hard to get lower. I put it on quick and lose it slow. In the last 2 years I have been from 160-190 up and down a couple of times depending on what curves llife throws me.
Just work hard on your diet and do a little bit of working out in the beginning and I think we will see you on the board bragging about your 50 pounds lost in 2 months.

I didn't say diet pills don't work, just not as much as people think. I did a little test on them. I took 6 Xenadrine pills a day, and didn't change anything else in my diet or exercise routine. My calorie intake and exercise had kept me at a constant weight for months before I started taking pills, and I wanted to see if the E/C would effect anything. I lost about 3 lbs over a month.

Most people who go on diet pills also change their diet and exercise, so they think its the pills doing the work. Don't fall for all the Hype guys. Diet pills aren't going to burn 50 lbs of fat off your body. I still shake my head every time I see a hydroxycut add with some pro-bodybuilder. As if the pill had anything to do with them getting cut to shreds. They probably never even bothered taking any ECA.
 
What was your BF before you started taking the pills. Just the fact that you dropped 3 pounds in a month without doing anything different proves that they do work.
You were also starting out at a lot lowere BF% than 49% I bet. Once you hit a certain level it does not matter what you do to lose, the process just slows down significantly.

If someone is at 49% it means that they probably do very little exercise and do very little to increase their heart rate. ECA's will help them a lot. The ECA's will also help to get rid of some of the issues people get when cutting their calories significantly. Diet pills are exactly what they say they are.....Diet pills. They assist in your diet.

They are not the single thing that you need to do, but they do help when starting the diet.

Example...My mother in law did little to no exercise and didn't watch what she ate. She did not eat a lot, but as we all know your metabolism slows down significantly when you get older. She had gained some weight and was not happy with the way she looked. She started taking diet pills which helped her to eat less and she lost a lot of weight and is looking very good now(Don't go there perv's). She didn't exercise, she just simply decreased her calorie intake and it worked.
