Critique my first cycle please!

I am 5'11" 160lbs goal weight of 180lbs, i'm looking to lean more on the safe side than huge quick gains

all critiques and advice especially on duration and dosage is welcome as i'm no expert by far

weeks 1-12 500mg test (250mg twice a week)
weeks 1-12 .5mg arimidex EOD
weeks 14-15 40mg nolva
weeks 14-15 100mg clomid
weeks 16-17 20mg nolva
weeks 16 50mg clomid

How old are you? That's really small to be doing AAS

No way, you need to eat more. at 21 you can hit 180 so easy, and you wont need to touch a steroid to do so.

Lay off the juice for awhile bro trust me, and btw your pct is about 25 years out of date

Do not run this. Your too small and young not to mention the pct is crap. Eat more food and if you want a little boost take unleashed. It will do wonders with food. Save the juice for a couple years.

okay so what would be a more up to date pct?

edit: i'll have to do more research, so i'm going to be holding out on juicing for a bit and in the meantime try to eat bigger.

You definitely need more research and get some more size. In the future when your ready a solid pct is.
1-4 clomid 25 mg day
1-4 postcycle/ unleashed
1-4 daa
1-4 forma
You also need to run hcgen on cycle and do an hcg blast before pct. Nolva is trash and should never be used for pct.
