critique my diet

I'm always changing my diet - please let me know how this is:
5'3"-136 lb - bulking

4:00 am - in a blender: oatmeal, soy milk, breakfast formula, banana, glutamine.

8:30 am - MPR (HDT Pro-blend)

11:30 am - tuna, wheat pasta, cottage cheese

2:30 - sandwich - multi-grain bread, turkey, fat-free cheese

3:30 - workout

4:30 - post w/o drink

6:30 - chicken, salad, potatoe

9:00 - night formula blend with soy milk

Do you think I need to add - subtract anything?
 
you have a good array of foods, you might want to post your portion sizes so we can get an idea of how many calories you are actually taking in
 
The oatmeal is one cup, soy milk one cup, I add flaxseed oil to my night formula - portion sizes are not that big - one small can of tune, hand full of wheat pasta, one cup cottage cheese.
