critique my diet

8 am - oat meal, yougart

10 am - Meal Replacement Shake or protien bar

1 pm - tuna and 2 slices of bread, (not a sandwich though) :)

4 pm - 6 oz chicken breast 6 oz potato

4:30 pm - Protien shake

5 pm - train

7:30 pm - Meal Replacement shake with one scoup of protien

about 8:30-9 pm - 6 oz chicken 6-8 oz potaos

12 am - cheat meal....sometimes :bawling:

what do you guys think.....pretty good or no???

what are you stats? goals? training regime?

I posted my stats in my first post, My regime is in the post your Routine. My goals are simple....to get big...which Im doin...
Just wanted you guys to see if my diet needed improving...

For a brief summary I am 5'4 165 9%body fat. I can benchpress 335, squat 365 and deadlift 365...wanna know anything else???
 
8 am - oat meal, yougart
add 40g protein into the oatmeal + 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

10 am - Meal Replacement Shake or protien bar
add 20g protein to the MRP

1 pm - tuna and 2 slices of bread, (not a sandwich though) :)

add 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

5 pm - train

7:30 pm - Meal Replacement shake with one scoup of protien
make that 2 scoop of protein

about 8:30-9 pm - 6 oz chicken 6-8 oz potaos
add 1tbsp. flaxseed oil

12 am - cheat meal....sometimes :bawling:
drop the cheat meal in the middle of the night...
add 15g psyllium husk fiber before bed


what do you guys think.....pretty good or no???
it looks good, make the alterations and you'll have a good intake, the first diet you posted I counted about 2700cal-2800 while I would recommend about 3300 for you to grow (especially at such a low bf%)
