critique my diet

right now im running sust 500 mg per week for 8 weeks for my 1st cycle. im really busy and go to college so this is an idea of a day in my diet
i am 5'11 173

breakfast: 2eggs mixed with 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, myoplex shake
at class: designer way bar
at class:designer way bar
meal: 4 oz 90% lean beef and baked potatoe
meal: chicken breast, baked potatoe, extreme shake
snack:myoplex shake
before bed: can of tuna
 
man drop a few of those supplement meals.....they are not only bad for you but they arent near as good as real food.

meal1- 11 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 3 cups of oatmeal
meal2- 2 chicken breasts, 2-3 cups of rice
meal3- protein shake with yogurt, peanut butter
meal4- turkey breast, on whole wheat, veggies
meal5- tuna, potatoes, peanut butter(source of fat)
meal6- protein shake

i think that is a good diet for a day.
 
Up the calories! Try to get around 4000 calories a day. Try to eat something every 2 hours. Drink plenty of water. Cut out the powders, maybe one a day. Stick to real food. 60% coming from carbs, 20% from fat, 20% from protein. For snacks eat plenty of fruits and at every meal try to have a meat, veg, carb, and dairy. And the most important thing is 30 min afetr your workout try to ingest some kind of complex carb to fuel the start the healing processes.

this is a bad diet for some 1 who is on test. You want to eat alot more and skip bars and shakes-eat alot of fish and turkey
 
Are you trying to lose fat or put on weight? Your diet consists of losing fat, and you dont take in enough calories or protein.

meal 1: 10 eggwhites, 2 slices fat free cheese, 1 cup of oatmeal, 40 grams of weigh protein

meal 2: Protein Shake (45 grams) with TBLSP of all natural peanut butter, apple

meal 3: 8-10 ounces of chicken breast or lean red meat with potatoe and veggies.

meal 4: Protein shake (45 grams) with TBLSP of all natural peanut butter, 1 cup of oatmeal

meal 5: 8-10 ounces of chicken breast, or lean red meat with rice or potatoe and veggies

meal 6: Protein shake (45 grams) 1/2 cup of oatmeal

meal 7: 2 cans of tuna in water with veggies and small potatoe.

This will get you big and lean. Its given you enough carbs and protein for growth.

This gives you around 370-390 grams of protein, around 350 grams of carbs with little fat. This should give you quality muscle, it might be hard to take in at first but eating is a job. Also drink around 2 gallons of water a day to keep yourself hydrated.

J - where do you find a bowl that can house 3 entire cups of cooked oatmeal? lol.. kidding :)
