Lifting for most of his life.
Currently on a 3 day split routine. (he has been faithfully working out now for 2.5 years)
6'1" 218lbs and 17% BF
Max bench 335
Max squat 405
Max dead 405
He want to put on 20lbs and keep it.
The plan:
Cycle Master Plan
Weeks 1-12 500mg. Test Enth per/week
Weeks 1-4 30 mg D-bol per/day
Weeks 1-15 10-20 mg Nolva (if needed)
Week 13 Blood test
Post cycle:
Start 1 week post last IMI.
Weeks 1-3 1000mg HCG Mon/Wed/Fri
Weeks 1-3 20 mg Nolva per/day
Weeks 4-6 20mg Nolva per/day
Week 8 Blood test
Supplements;
Advocare Coreplex 3x daily
Tylers Detox factors 3x daily
Glucorell as directed
Seasamax as directed
Flax oil caps 1000mg 1x daily
Nutrition:
Nutrabio Protein Iso 50g/3x daily
Glutamine 10g daily
Creatine Mono 10g daily with reloading phases every other week while “on”
Diet:
Min 100g clean protein (Beef, Chicken, Fish, Cottage Cheese, Eggs…) daily
2 servings anything fresh and green (Spring mix salad, Broccoli…) daily
Yams, Pasta, Brown Rice, Cereals… 100g daily
Fat, oils, carry over (Seasamax, meat protein fats, flax seeds, nuts, snacks, pizza, peanut butter…)… 50g daily
Hydration
1-1.5 gal DI water daily
Strategic
Pre workout
Advocare POS 3
Post workout
POS 3 with added Dextrose and Malto-dextrose
Followed by within and hour protein shake with added dextrose.
