Hello, currently 214 lbs 6'2, around 18% bf
I finished my bulking cycle 4 days ago and I already have my gear ready for cutting this is how my cutting will be any opinions or any changes your would make on it are very welcome
Test prop 70mg eod
Tren ace 200mg eod
Anavar 100mg ed
Adex 0.25mg eod
Prami 0.5mg ed

steroids are not fat burners man. 18% body fat isn't fat at all for todays standards but you need to get that down before hopping on steroids or you will spin your wheels

i would get down to under 15%
