Critique my chest workout for mass?

1once a week
Mondays
3sets db inclines 4-6
3sets db flat 4-6
3sets weighted dips 4-6

or

2wice a week
Mondays
3sets db inclines 6-8
3sets db flats 6-8
3setd weighted dips 6-8

and fridays
2sets db inclines 8-12
2sets db flats 8-12
2sets flyes 8-12

Which one would be better for thickness
 
Once a week:

Mondays
3sets db inclines 4-6
3sets db flat 4-6
3sets weighted dips 4-6

Working your chest once a week to allow for full recovery is a good way to go since you'll be training with heavy weights you'll need time to recover from your workouts. One suggestion I have is to do flat db presses first then incline db, then dips other then that everything looks good.
