I came down with mononucleosis recently and gained alot of fat back (keto rebound.) im hoping to get back in the gym on monday and was thinking of doing this stack, any thoughts? ill be using a CKD and weigh about 210, wanting to get down to 180 to 190 (got tons of water on me right now)

Week 2: 2350 cals 3 NYC/day
