Tell me what you guys think. I will get some from the front in a few days. I already know that I am holding a lot of water (bloated).

What are some of the best ways to cut out some fat/water while on Dbol and Test? My waist has shot up to 38 in., it did that last time when bulking too. Then it dropped to 34 in. within about 2-3 weeks of dieting. Still trying to put on size but limit the waist from growing.

exactyl. Even though I am on a bulking cycle I think I am going to start paying attention to my diet more carefully, to try and shrink the waist.
 
You wanted critiques....So I will offer a bit. You look solid and thick, other than I think you need to concentrate on the Peak of you bicep more. They are nice sized but it seems as if you are doing close or medium grip curls, hammer curls, or concentration curls. Maybe try some really wide grip barbell curls or some incline dumbell curls with keeping your pinky higher than your thumb.
Incline did wonders for the peak on my bicep

Incline did wonders for the peak on my bicep

My peak is not all that good. I think most of that is genetics, but I am sure I could improve it. I will try those next time.

You look tall...you might have the same problem as me. I'm 6'4, so i have really long gorilla arms. Getting a good peak on my arms is difficult, although overall size is not.

I'm 5'11'' to 6' without my shoes
 
You're looking pretty good. Very good size, now you just need to shape your arms and cut up a bit. You have tons of potential.

I am hoping as I am 22 now. If I can put on a few more muscle lbs. and then cut up good, I may look at competing in a local NPC show come Nov.
 
what are your stats....i guess how much do you weigh, arm size, etc... You have alot of time to grow and add muscle if you so desire.

Work out at night, so I weigh myself at night also. The night of those pics the scale said 239 without my shoes. I had done arms that night as well, so they meausred 18 in. when I got home. Just measured them an hour ago, and the right was right about 17.5, left was at 17.25. Waist in the morning was 36, night 37.
Calves at 17 in.
Legs at 27 in.
