Critique it (X, if you will!!!)

Anybody who has any ideas of what to change, Im all ears...just changed my diet, some tweaking may be needed. Constructive criticism ONLY!!!

Week 1-12 Test E (500 mg EW)
Week 1-10 EQ (400 mg EW)
Week 4-12 Tren A (50 mg ED)
Week 1-12 Adex (.5 mg ED)
PCT will be nolvadex 60/40/20/20/20/20 (mg of nolv for 6 weeks) and adex .25 mg EOD.

The cycle and the PCT are good since Ive run this almost exact cycle before with great results..here is the diet. There maybe slight alterations daily because of small snacks, but this is pretty much how it looks. I am real lazy when it comes to eating, so there are more canned items and instant items then there should be but its better than mcd's

Meal 1: 6 eggs (3 yolk) 2 piece turkey bacon and a package instant oatmeal
TRAIN
Meal 2: Weight gainer shake
Meal 3: 1 cup brown rice, 1 can of tuna, and 1/2 can green beans
Meal 4: 1 baked potato, 1 can of tuna and 1/2 can of green beans
Meal 5: Protein shake
Meal 6: Dinner will usually be a meat product (loaf,steak,hamburger) 1 cup of brocolli. 1 cup brown rice
Meal 7: Protein shake

Snacks will be low fat cottage cheese and low fat PB. Maybe 2 tbls
 
Can you tell me more about your goals? and stats? this way I can break it down the right way.
 
192lbs. 12%bf 5'10" - lifting 7 years, AAS for 5. Im trying to gain lean mass. Goals are more for strength than looks, but who doesnt want to look better. Id like to get to the single digits in BF eventually, but currently trying to gain!!!

add 5 egg whites and 3 more pieces of TB, add more oatmeal, the small packages are usually 1/4 cup oatmeal, make it at least 1/2 cup OTM

go with 2 cans of tuna, make sure it's drained, same for the GBs

increase tuna intake same as meal #3, add 1tbsps. of flaxseed oil

Interesting...The weight gainer shake is 60g of Protein and 102g of carbs and the shake is 44g of protein and 12g of carbs. All ISS gainer and whey matrix. Thanks for the info, gonna start that in the morning!
 
WG shake: that's fine
Meal 5: add 1 tbsp. MCT oil or 1/2 cup of walnuts
Meal 7: keep the same, add what I suggested UDOs etc...

Where is the best place to get the husk fiber and UDO's oil?

psyllium husk, BAC carries it, beyond-a-century.com
UDO choice , you can find either online or at your local health food store
