Anybody who has any ideas of what to change, Im all ears...just changed my diet, some tweaking may be needed. Constructive criticism ONLY!!!
Week 1-12 Test E (500 mg EW)
Week 1-10 EQ (400 mg EW)
Week 4-12 Tren A (50 mg ED)
Week 1-12 Adex (.5 mg ED)
PCT will be nolvadex 60/40/20/20/20/20 (mg of nolv for 6 weeks) and adex .25 mg EOD.
The cycle and the PCT are good since Ive run this almost exact cycle before with great results..here is the diet. There maybe slight alterations daily because of small snacks, but this is pretty much how it looks. I am real lazy when it comes to eating, so there are more canned items and instant items then there should be but its better than mcd's
Meal 1: 6 eggs (3 yolk) 2 piece turkey bacon and a package instant oatmeal
TRAIN
Meal 2: Weight gainer shake
Meal 3: 1 cup brown rice, 1 can of tuna, and 1/2 can green beans
Meal 4: 1 baked potato, 1 can of tuna and 1/2 can of green beans
Meal 5: Protein shake
Meal 6: Dinner will usually be a meat product (loaf,steak,hamburger) 1 cup of brocolli. 1 cup brown rice
Meal 7: Protein shake
Snacks will be low fat cottage cheese and low fat PB. Maybe 2 tbls
