Thanks for the input guys. Im far from a newb in the gym, but have been out of it for a couple years. When I last trained seriously I used tribulus, andro, and protein with success. I have good genetics and dont need much except the iron. I am not so ignorant to think that supps cannot help however. At my peak of training naturally and eating clean I was a solid 235 lbs. and fairly ripped. My diet philosophy was not as educated then as it is now (thanks EF). I mainly ate fat free back then, which of course resulted in more sugar. So my diet this time is altered to keep carbs in check and dont worry as much about the fat. So from what I have read/researched in the past couple months I have decided:
Tribulus
Whey protein
Flax oil
Glucorell-R
T-Rex
Mutli-Vitamin (gnc megamen)...
...and HEAVY IRON PLATES AND BARBELLS!! =)
