Hello, These pics are close to four months apart. Any suggestions(I'va gained bodyfat since then) I'm 5'9 155 Lbs. hmm, a stat or 2... 195 for 6 bench, and 285 for 5 deadlift. Thanks for the comments/suggestions in advance.

your building a solid base bro, just keep up the intensity in the gym and eat eat eat...you could pack alot more mass on that frame but it looks like your on your way......how old btw

dont let that discourage you bro, sometimes people just dont look at threads when its a newbie (i dont agree with that) or they think its a newbie and then you get a lack of response....like i said in my post to you, you obviously are dedicated to this and your better off then alot of people who are just looking for something magical to get them in shape.....keep working hard and keep reading here, if you need any help just PM me and ill try my best to do what i can.....
 
your slight, temporary gain in bf is more than offset by your increase in muscle mass.

at your age and metabolsim level, the bf will melt away quickly (wish i could still say that!).

as you look this good at age 18...at this rate, by your early 20's you will be crowd pointing, magazine cover material.

lift hard, eat clean, stay healty!!

Awesome! thank you very much. I'm trying my best, as in I live in a residence for college...caugh*with a gym downstairs*cough. Some people here are TOTALLY looking for a quick fix, IMO if you arent at least close to your full potential naturally, and ur heading straight for anabolics RIGHT AWAY, BIGGEST mistake ever, and it shows a lack of respect IMO. Thnaks again boops.

your welcome...just keep this same attitude and your on your way....people here seem to forget they were newbies at one time as well....

Thank you rnch, im not bragging but yes my metabolism is very fast lol. That is my goal!! you hit it on the nose. I started lifint gheavy with low reps a couple of months ago due to my friend, who I was previously weaker than, and now stronger, it was great seeing his face when i was shoulder pressing 65 dbs lol. lol Yes i agree this generation is pretty weird(mostly the guys). Anyways, I got interesting in fitness about 2 years ago, so I wanted to test my knowledge...heres a few pics from almost a year ago when I tested my fat loss knowledge! I can't wait to test it before summer! thanks again, much respect for you!

What was it that you did when you were "testing your fat loss knowledge"?

Looksl ike a very good base, keep it up, eat big to get big.

lol My fat loos knowledge is so simple, you are what you eat! I ate an extrememely strict diet, including fish, chicken, brown rice, eggs, broccolim other green veggies, water...nofat, no salt, no sugar, no cheat days. I also did 45 minutes of low intensity cardio every day. It's that simple!
I'm not sure hwat ecto or mesomorph means...
My stats before were...bench- 135x8(i had previously worked out a year before) shoulder press 35 for 10. And Im not sure of the other, but VERY low. thanks : )
 
ah yes, to be at your natural testerone level and body fat % again!!


if i still looked like u, i'd only wear a shirt when the outside temp dropped below 60.



suggest u keep lifting heavy...otherwise your fast metabolsim will work against your muscle mass.

Thank you very much, this is much more than I expected, and yes that is my goal... (stares at my mammoth bars and protien)...that is my goal...

Ps...my abs do NOT look like that now.( im fat ;) )
 
Lol today at the gym, one guy asked me if I " was droppin' pins " lol, he just thinks this because hes been working out for 2 years improperly and doesn't see the gains I get. But what do you guys usually say when people ask you if you're "droppin' pinz " ..which I am not.

agreed here, im in the gym for one reason and that isnt to socialize....just keep the headphones in or on your ears and the mp3 player turned up and you wont hear them at all.......

no doubt big t.I hate when people want to talk at the gym.Once in a while I will get a convo going with a lady while on the cardio.whocares what they say bro.
