ok guys hit me and tell me my mistakes

workout sessions
45 min cardio at heart rate 130 to 135 , morning ,and noon
lifting 4 days a week
day one
back and abs
cardio 45 min 1 times during day
day two
shoulders triceps and abs
cardio 45 min 1 times during day
day three
cardio 45 min 2 times during day
no lifting
day four
upper legs ,calves
cardio 45 min 1 times during day
day 5
chest bis and abs
cardio 45 min 1 times during day
day 6
cardio 45 min 2 times during day
no lifting
day 7 off

diet is mostly
6 am work out cardio

7 am oatmeal or cerial special k berrys ,or yogert or,cottage cheese
and 2 boild eggs eat only egg whites
water

9 or 10
tuna creations ,

12 i work out one hour
turkey patty or chicken
veggy or a salad with regular dressing ,(dont have access to a diet one)

2:30 pm
tuna or a protine shake

5:00
chicken or some small portion of hamberger patty.
salad

snack sometimes on grapes or fruit

is working out in the morning and eating afterward bad for you ?
also breaking up my cardio and lifting regiment bad ?
what could i do to inprove my diet ?
am i getting enough food to not going into starve mode ?
what advice could you all give ?
 
Hi there,

are you starting or have you been dieting for a while already and are looking to break a plateau?

First of all, we need your current stats: wight and Body fat % (wether a diet is too much or to little for you is all relative to your body composition)

Cardio twice a day is excesive, you don't really need it unless you are dieting for a competition and only for 8 weeks or so. Stick to max 6 times/week and you will be fine. (what is your age?)

As for your diet, it seems like too little food (again, will need your stats and for you to add up how many cals all this amounts to), you are eating protein in every meal, that is a good practice, however, your carbs seem to be low (this will hurt your lifting) and your good fats are non-existent.

30% plus in body fat
only been working on this for a month . also what could i use to help with carbs ? and what could i eat for good fat

Carbs: Oats, Sweet potatoes, Flax Meal, Veggies
Good Fats: Flax oil, Fish oil, Nuts(my favs are almonds and walnuts), oil blend like Udo's Choice, Salmon
