Friday-Repeat monday and tuesday but less sets and reps
 
no squat rack,but i could do DB squats?
deadlift <-No thx:/ i dont wanna fall over and break my head JK :P :P

Pick one: Your form is shitty. You spend too much time chatting with the chippy at the juice bar. You only do bench and bis. lol

It's part of my new plan. I've decided to only read the subject lines of posts now.
 
Put back with bis and chest with tris. My personal opinion. If you juice, do legs and shoulders on the same day and have 3 on, 1 off. Otherwise, 5 on, 2 off days. My lint from the pocket.

six exercises for shoulders, go four much better, four maximum. also how can you do legs, biceps and triceps all on the same day, i would die. you are young if i remember, why arent you doing deadlifts and squats, those are key to good mass and foundation to build upon. you have no dumbells with chest, what worked best for me you could try flat bench 4 sets, incline bench, 4 sets, incline dumbell press 4 sets, flat bench dumbell flyes 4 sets, i pyramid the weight up and reps down on flat and incline bench. also for shoulders whynot get some variety, either do arnold press or shoulder press, or even barbell military press, and in 8 weeks do one of the choices you did not pick and change up your routine. what do u do for bis and tris? a routine i like is sun: rest, mon: chest, tues: back, wed: rest, thurs: legs, fri: shoulders, sat: bis, tris, or if you wanna do bodyparts twice a week try putting a DAY 1, DAY 2, DAY 3 of maybe chest, shoulders triceps, back biceps, legs and do the three days then repeat cycle, lift five days a week, so the next week you will be starting with a new day, and your rest times will always be changing. just some ideas.
 
i used to do Squats at my old gym,but this gym dont got a squat rack, but i probably do DB squats,i am not a fan of squats:) deadlifts i did them before at my old gym i can do them again:)

i take wednesday off to do a mild carb load/rest days since it was 2days on 1day off 2days on 2days off

for shoulders you suggest variety on shoulders so 1week i whould do arnold press than 2nd week shoulder press than 3rd week shoulder press????????
