critic my second cycle !!!

Ye I'm already thinking about my second which I should start in less than 2 months so here we go... I'm 22 6' 190 body fat around 9-10% ....


Deca 300 mg week 1-8
Omnadren 250 mg week 1-8 (still unsure between 250 and 500)
Dbols 30 mg week 1-5
Winny 50 mg ED week 6-8
Arimidex and Clomids (also considering HCG)


so go ahead and tell me what you think ...10 weeks instead of 8 ? more deca ?

Too light. Bump up the dosages.

Deca 500 per week 8 weeks
Omnadren Mon & Thur 1cc 8 weeks
D-bol 35 mg per week 1-3 maybe 4
Winstrol is good at 50mg a day for week 7-9
Start HCG in week 10
2000iu ever other day until you used 10,000iu

I think this will yield much better results. I would e-mail Mustang for good cycly advice.

what was your first cycle and how's you react

personally, i'd do:

deca 300mg/wk weeks 1-10
omna 500mg/wk weeks 1-8
dbol 30mg/ED weeks 1-5
winny 50mg/ED weeks 6-12

then start taking clomid on week 13. but then again, i've never done such a cycle so i can say from first hand experience, only what i've read here.

I'd run the OMNA & DECA for ten weeks since it's going to take about 4 weeks for the OMNA to really kick in...

My first cycle was kindda soft.... Sustanon 500 mg for 8 weeks with winny for the last 4 weeks 50 mg ED...gained about 15 lbs.

Cycle looks nice, no need for the HCG, just Clomid post cycle. Bump the Omna up to 500mg/week for 10 weeks and the Deca to 300-400mg/week for 10 weeks. E-mail me if you have any questions

Thanks guys Thats what I thought too... 100 weeks anyway TTokkyo bottles are 3000 mg so that makes 10 shots exactly ... lol
