Who the hell is the leader? I think that's from, like, Frackel/High Intensity era.

Join broly nation.

:cow:

high intensity got here when i did. me, him, austin316, phatchik, toga22 an others were all 'night shifters'. frackel was EsoB but he's gone. i dont think Hi was ever Esob.

That term would be applicable, yes.

I think I totally mistook what was meant by angle power. But I'll still pretend to know what you're talking about.

WTF is that Sppnge, Titanium member ?

I need trimethylxanthine right now

Okay, I lied. But those NH groups look pretty pesky.

And MS shows M(+.)=152, with M+1=10% abundance, verifying the number of carbons blatently obvious in the structure on my screen

And M(+.)=even, but with the structure there, there's an even number of nitrogens.

IR shows C-O double bonds and O-H's. That's a crappy IR, can't tell anything else.

Yep, no clue. Don't tell me. Lemme think about it before I google it.

Okay, with the experience of 3.5 years as a biochem major under my belt, I can tell you exactly jack shit about what the hell that is.

Except that the NH groups do something, as any child would know.

Isn't that comment rude and demeaning? Especially since that's really something that children wouldn't know? I love how my E&M prof says that like 10 times every single lecture... "blah blah vector normal to blah blah z-hat direction blah blah and integrate the surface charge for blah field, as any child would know" as I'm sitting here like what... the... fuck... did... you... say, I don't know what the fuck you're talking about.

God, that's annoying.

I need to find a better way to get up in the morning

NIST chemical data

It's actually 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine.

Why the fuck can't people stick with the conventional IUPAC naming system. All these names really aren't necessary.

Caffeine [58-08-2]

I was wondering if you would try to come up with 128 articles from Pubmed about the chemical pathways and bla bla before figuring out it's just plain :coffee:

Eh, I figured it looked simple enought that I might be able to figure out from the structural drawing, or else by it's MS and IR. I only looked up the xanthine, since I figured omitting the three Me groups wouldn't prohibit me from finding out what the molecule was in Chemfinder, lol. A full chemical search for xanthine came up with nothing about coffee or caffeine whatsoever. I figured it was some exotic chemical or something, lol.

Of all the stimulants I can recognize, I had no clue with coffee :lmao:

You should totally say "I need some 1,3,7-trimethyl-2,6-dioxo-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropurine right now" next time.

That'd be so much cooler.

The Divergence of the Electrostatic Field:

Calculating the divergence of E for a volume charge
∇∙Ē = 1/4πεо ∫ ∇∙(Ř/R²) ρ (r') dτ'

and integrating over all space gives
Ē(r)=1/4πεо ∫∫∫ (Ř/R²) ρ (r') dτ'

which is the divergence of the Dirac delta function
∇∙(Ř/R²)=4πδ³(R)

thus
∇∙E=1/4πεо ∫ 4πδ³ (r-r') ρ (r') dτ' = 1/εо ρ(r)
which is just Gauss's law in differential form.

Integrating over a volume and applying the divergence therom yields the recovery of the integral form
∫∇∙Ē dτ = ∮Ē∙dā=1/ εо∫ρ dτ=1/ εо Qenc

This shows the equation's non-independence and the method of deriving one principle from the other. Invoking the principle of superposition also allows us to put together combinations of objects possessing similar symmetry in the cases of spherical, cylindrical, and planar symmetry, where we can find the field in the vicinity of two uniformly charged parallel cylinders, or a sphere near an infinite charged plane. Note that the field of an infinite plane is independent of how far away you are.

I'm so tired

I went out last night to see Big Sandy, it turned out to be a valentines day dance which sucked. Then I went to the Hustler casino to play some texas hold'em, was there 'til 4:00 Am and only lost $40 for the whole night.

I need more sleep

I find the general public of Indiana to be rather annoying.

And I can't figure out why half of the people here have a strong southern accent. We're not all that far from Chicago, yet there seems to be a strange overabundance of hic-like people. Nothing is stranger than seeing a group of young, attractive, normal looking girls, then to all of a sudden hear them break out an accent that would make most Texans jealous. This deeply disturbs me.

I can't understand why they don't speak normal like me. A couple people actually tried to tell me that I had an accent. These people obviously don't get out much. There's no such thing as a mid-west Wisconsin accent.

Please feel free to post jokes and make generally rude comments about Indianaians. Thanks.

Samoth, when do you have time to lift (powerlifter, right?) when you're up studying all night it seems?

Do you make gains on such little sleep?

Haven't been training heavy since december of '03, when I declared a double minor and studying got too heavy.

I had to stop training completely mid last semester, Novemberish, due to medical reasons. I started up again when I began school here like three weeks after surgery and ended up blowing my eardrum out squatting :worried: . So I won't be doing any heavy lifing for while... at least not squatting. That'll rule out squats, GM's, and everything else heavy except for benching... and I'm a pretty technical bencher, so I really only train bench shirted. That's never seemed to work out well at school and what not, so I usually deprioritize bench work during semesters in exchange for chest work and bodybuildingesque stuff, but keep my speed days. You'd be surprised the looks you get with a pair of cinched blues in the fitness center.

Kinda interesting, after I stopped the ME PLing days, and was sitting down studying most of the time, I kinda realized what PLing was doing to my body. I had mild back pain for over a year... and I'm willing to bet that it was the heavy GM's that did it.

Are you appling the Weider principles right now? :)

LMAO, I had a subscription to Flex mag for over three years when I first started lifting.

I'm actually applying nothing right now, as I really don't want to risk loosing hearing in my left ear.

It's probably for the better, though. I have trouble finding that healthy median between not lifting and pushing myself to the extreme. It's an obsession kinda like a drug... I can't have just a little... and when I get that taste, it turns into an obsession. LOL, I totally don't have time for a second obsession right now.

Was that very painful when the ear drum blew? You're going to have me paranoid now.

It was due to the surgery. You have nothing at all to worry about. Most of my nerves were cut during the procedure, so there was very little pain. My only concern is that I don't want to risk injury or infection that would hinder reconstruction and the possibility of normal hearing again in that ear.

But the surgeon said it was okay to squat, lmao!!!! I don't think he had PL-style squatting in mind...

Mr. dB,

do you have an idea about this ?

well this is my first cycle do u think is a good idea start at 500mg sustanon for the first time or its best to star with 250 because its my first time ?? and im 20 almost 21 in 2 months 5,8 168 lb and i have almost 3 years training i have puffy nipples since o was a little kid ..so im worried about gyne thats why i was thinking of using 1mg of arimex what do u recomend ..and also how is the best way of using hcg

you are too young! I strongly suggest to refrain from using any gear.

I'm ballooning pretty quick, retaining a lot of water. I've got plenty of nolva and clomid. Should I just puff out moonface and all, its not that big a deal to me as I have a beard that hides that pretty well, or take a little of these anti-es to help? Which would be more effective for my situation?

I'm afraid tomorrow is Monday :worried:

Maybe I'm just being paranoid, and I probably am, but what are the early warning signs of gyno? I haven't had any iching or tenderness of the nips, is there anything else I should be looking for? I just feel like I'm getting some extra fat on my around my chest that didn't used to be there. Ideas? Thanks for the help fellas.

So what did I miss?

had this great "meat loaf cooking" smell going in the 'stead
then some SOB burnt microwave popcorn
fuck
dumb ass

I remember reading a few years ago that it might work if before your cycle you took small doses of a steroid like 200mg. primo or deca for a few weeks to help get your body and immune system primed for your real cycle that follows. It kinda makes sense on paper, do you guys think that this would work? Cause Test Flu sucks!!
