I think it's true (Science has proven that undereating can increase your life span by a couple of years) but with age I realise that life is short and that too many sacrifices for hypothetical benefits are not worth it

What's your opinion on the subject ?
 
Yeah, eating little and maintaining a low bodyweight is almost a sure way to increase your life expectancy.

I'd do that, but I'm way too self-absorbed with my image. That, and training myself to eat correctly for the last 8 years isn't going to be changing anytime soon, whether I like it or not. I swear, some people eat, like, once a day. My body throws a temper-tantrum if I go more than 2-3 hours without consuming something.

i tried no caffiene for a few days, worst experience ever, ill never do that again

After no caffeine for two weeks, I had three cups of coffee before my back workout today followed by one liter of water (coffee dehydrates the shit out of me).



Awesome workout. In and out in 35 minutes.

actually he gave me that when I was comming off an ECA cycle and feeling horrible, btu I assume it would work the same for caffeine since your receptors would be totally shot.

I was off ceffeine for about 2 months, several months back, and was feeling good (I think), but then I woke up tired one morning had one cup of coffee. A couple of days later, same thing and before I knew it I was drinking one cup every morning, one cup isn't bad right? Well, eventually I got back to where I was and where I am now, coffee all day jsutto feel normal, not perked. I was gonna try it one more time, but with my new promotion I need to make sure i am here ontime and fully awake and functional atleast until i get the hang of my new duties. So it will be a while before I try to stop again.
