Creating the ULTIMATE physique

Re: Creating the ULTIMATE physique

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just to destroy the myth that "if you train abs a lot you will get great abs", I hardly ever train abs. It's not necessary and I don't feel it does much. You've all seen my abs so that should be proof enough that all you have to do is be lean and have the genetics to have great abs. Getting lean comes from dieting, not crunches.

the truth hurts,

Heavy as hell on the lagging parts 2 days a week if its a smaller muscle 3 days...The rest of the parts medium high reps it will balance itself...Just my opinion

Do you suggest doing something like I'm doing, and on my (allready huge body part day) Should I still go hard? and with reg. # of sets?

yes bro, you have to figure out what works best for YOU, just try different things and see what happens, it takes time and years!

are u crazy or what, the abs are just as same as any muscle in the body u have to stimulate it in order to grow, but people overtrain their abs they have to rest as any muscle in your body

Not to sound cocky, but check out my pics and then tell me I'm crazy bro. Yes, the abs are just like any other muscle. However they get worked more than any other muscle when you train hard and heavy.

DUH!

Arnold, Ronnie, and MYSELF--sometimes go UP TO 2 weeks(depending on muscle) without training a certain muscle, and during this time, train ONE or TWO muscles up to Three to four TIMES a WEEK.(depending on muscle)

This is all about PROPORTION. BEST Thing I EVER did was take 2 weeks from training my CHEST and BACK. My shoulders and ARMS BLEW THE FUCK UP! When it was all done--I had finally achieved ULTIMATE BALANCE.

Now, I simply MAINTAIN that balance.

Damn I think im a little farther out then 2 weeks on some stuff!!!!!! haha!

So is by barely training or just maintaing the other bodyparts are we doing this so we are ablle to build muscle in other places with out overloading our system?
