I have been lifting for most of my life, but just started using creatine the other day to see what would happen. I loaded for a week, and now am hitting it before and after lifting. I have felt the affects some, but felt something else even more...THE SH$TS! Anyone else have this problem? If so, is it something that goes away eventually or am I gonna be running around with my hand on my azz forever?
