u can get creatine at just about any health food store for like $30 i have used creatine mono. for a while and always had decent gains on it during the loading phase but i only go on for like 4 weeks then stop and do it again that has been the best way so far for me to put on some size with it...

no offense buddy but we have a search engine for a reason...but anyway since your a newbie now you know..prolab micronized creatine is good but swole by syntrax is the stuff to get...espesically if you are non responsive to creatine like i am
