Creatine year-round -- hard on kidney? Ulter?

I have been taking it for over 5 years….No time off. I think as long as you are taking a quality product and your fluids are in check, there is really no need to come off.

Now, with that said, most manufactures recommend you consume much more than one really needs. <Most studies indicate that you can stay saturated with 2.5-5 grams per day!!
 
I've come to conclusion or maybe i should say my opinion of creatine has changed. No matter how much water or fluid i drink it just dries me out to the point that i can feel the difference in my skin and cramps my insides. BTW i've tried all the well known brands and a few new products. It might just be me but i have cut it out even tho it did help me maintain gains. 2 cents
