Ok so im into my second week of creatine and i do feel the effect on my routine, i can do more reps, get less tired but look puffy. The thing is that im starting to wonder about the effect creatine may have because i am 40% on bodyfat.
My routine is three days a week with 20-25 min of threadmill (like 3 miles) after every workout.
Should i keep this creatine cycle i already started or just drop it cold turkey? also im supplementing with whey, multi, omega and joint supps.
