Doyou guys use Creatine while on??
Just won.dering.... I have read a few places that when on test and some others your body naturually produces more then when natty and by supplementing with it also , you can actually take in too much

It's probably the most important source of energy in the muscle. Why would you not want to supplement it all the time. If you supplement with PureCEE you will not want to train without it. On cycle or off.

+1

in my opinion creatine sucks.. water wieght only, you piss it all out the second you stop using it.. total waste of time.. from my experience anyway..

I take creatine, while off, anyway, to increase gym energy, aid with recovery and even inter-set recovery and to be a shade stronger. Being stronger and having improved recovery, I can lift heavier weight thus stressing my muscles more and thus becoming stronger. I'll lose the boost when I come off but will have been able to train harder while on. It's a net gain.

The trick is to view it as a supplement to aid your workouts and not as an end in itself.

Sorry to hear about your negative experience... posts like this regarding creatine are hard to find because most people love it... myself included.

I use creatine constantly.

I began using creatine my second year in college. I was at 196 pounds where I had been for MONTHS. My bench was topped out at 275 and it seemed like I could never get past it. Then our strength coach got us all on creatine, twice a day. 2 weeks later, I began gaining weight slowly again, and started making strength gains. But the main thing I noticed was my recovery time was REDICULAS.

We would go out and run 2 miles for conditioning... and I swear, within 5 mins of finishing I felt like I could go again.

The only negatives I ever noticed were slight increases in cramping from time to time... and some pretty funky farts :worried: lol.

I have only used Creatine Monohydrate... never tried any of the new creatine products that have come out within the last 3-5 years.

you're totaly right, but for me even though i see strenght gains i just hold too much water on it unlike my aas use, so its just not useful.. this is just me though if it works for yall than thats great!

You would change your mind about creatine if you used PureCEE. I did when I used it.

Apparently, some people are Creatine non- or low-responders. I've read that the CEE delivery method can increase uptake even in low-responders and also help those who are unresponsive to the monohydrate form. All with no bloat. I've found strength gains to be lower than when taking creatine monohydrate but the recovery is every bit as good and it "kicks in" sooner.
