Creatine while on a cycle?

ive seen some posts around here recommending it
it would seem like a waste to me
kind of like putting some sweet and low into a coke


thoughts? comments?
 
personally i'd start it at PCT

a nice CEE and arginine stack

just get generic stuff, don't waste money on noxplode or whatever

i get my 1000mg arginine tabs from now foods

they also have bulk CEE in there as well

i planned on doing it pct, i have the cheap ass optimum creatine, had it for about a year, bought a ton of it for really cheap

just didnt know if on cycle would make any difference at all
 
ATP Levels usually crash after workout....i would think that would lead to poor protein synthises, so i think thats why its important to take creatine...to keep ATP levels up.

Not sure if im correct or not, bu also would have protein until ATP levels are back up, so would take protein untill about 45 minutes after workout is done and creatine is taken. As well as carbs....like a juice to up insulin levels......

So i would think it should go like this.....Workout-Juice, w/creatin....30-45min later protein shake......I may be wrong though.
 
I've used creatine before, during and after a cycle. F it, I just use it year round... I get it for dirt cheap anyway. I take a break once in a while when I run out. Maybe I'm looking at it the wrong way but IMO it can't hurt during a cycle.

Superpump250 before and Gaspari "size on" after w/o.
 
I can't prove anything medically or scientifically, but my thinking is this....I'm sure creatine benefits you whether on or off... I think you can see/feel the benefits more so when you're off than on, especially when you're trying to recover... you already have AAS giving you a huge boost while on, so I'm not sure how much more creatine can do for you at that point....plus, some AAS are responsible for increasing creatine synthesis dramatically (var I think)... I would think that adding creatine would pale in comparison.

BUMP.....faster the recovery, the better it is!....Ive been off cycle for 2 months now, and am hurt like all hell from a workout 2 days ago....not taking anything but protein and alot of food.....YUM YUM! :RADAR
