Creatine w/o the water retention?

Im looking for a good creatine supp. without the water retention.
Anyone know of a good creatine supp?
I am trying to shed a few pounds. Is it even advisable to use creatine while trying to lose weight?

hehehehehe best just do a first cycle of test ..... That's a joke. I am kidding. Creatine retains water.... But let me check something out as I stumbles across something. Give me some time (1 Day) and I will post back.

Checked back, and no, all creatine retains water. Sorry

Personally CEE did not give me the water bloat - but again it depends on your body type

and kre-alkale products claim that they do not add water. (i have not used them personally)

Creatine works, as a cell volumiser by retaining extra water in the muscle cells. Without the water retention aspect of creatine, it simply will not work.

I liked the CEE better for less water retention as well.

Creatine has been shown to work far better taken post workout with ALOT of simple sugars, most of the studies i have seen used 80-100grams of sugar (dextrose is best). Some studies show greater uptake combining 50grams protein, 50 grams simple carbs than creatine alone. Alot of people knock muscletech, and yes they are way over priced, but cell tech has to be one of the best products on the market....just the price is outrageous. Get yourself some monohydrate, its had far more studies conducted than any other supplement or form of creatine and buy some pure dextrose powder, which is very cheap. 75grams dextrose and 5 grams creatine after workout. Optional 5 grams creatine before workout.
