Once and for all... Granted people will still be hyping creatine on this board until empirical evidence concludes that it is responsible for killing thousands of baby kittens in developing countries, but what the hell, humor me here.

I'd like to limit this poll to creatine monohydrate, though any input from CEE users is welcomed.

I think creatine does just what it says on the tin ie it works. It was the first supplement I'd tried which really felt like it made a difference. Using just creatine, glutamine, hmb and zma I added 5 Kg lbm and 15 Kg to my bench in three months over two creatine cycles. I also never had any pulls or bad fatigue in that time which were things I'd just learned to accept due to a tendency to overtrain. On the third cycle my legs and back continued to improve but my bench didn't which I think was just more overtraining but, again, with no muscle strains or pulls anywhere.

Maybe it was the just due to extra protein, though. If you change too many variables it's impossible to keep track of what causes the changes.

cee first supplement i've ever used and i can see drastic endurance gains within the month..
