Creatine variants...

OMGWHAT!

New member
Is there any real difference in the different types of creatine out there? I've used creatine monohydrate but I don't like all the added sugar necesary to drive it into the muscles.. Do the creatine pills (Creatine HCL) work as good? It seems that Cell-Tech has many creatine variants in it, but again, it has the drawback of added sugars..

Any insight is appreciated..

Hey What, i hope some others can help you on this, and give more insight but i will try my best.

I thought at first, all the sugar needed to flow the creatine through your body was going to fuck up my skin (acne) and i have never drunk a pop, or juice in 2 years because of my acne. I have cut all sugars out. So, i was EXTREMELY hesistant to getting Cell-Tech creatine formula mix with the sugars, but i bought it last month, and have been on it since.

I can say, don't worry about the sugars. Cell-Tech even though is has a lot of sugar in it, does not really affect acne (if thats why you want no sugar). At first, i had low dosage, 1 scoop after workout, and 1/2 scoop on off-days. Now im up to 2 scoops (suggested) after workout, and 1 scoop off-day. The Cell-Tech personally is a great product,i have seen great gains over the last month. Except i did have a lot of bloating (still a little bit) and i have been really gassy =( lol Other than that, it is a great product to start your creatine journey imo, i will be getting there new formula in a week or two, then maybe some monohydrate in a month or so, so i can compare. Personally, start out with Cell-Tech, then get into monohydrate. Don't worry about teh sugar =D trust me its fine.

Celltec is a joke. You are wasting money that could be spent on something that will really ork. Like food.

Plain "Creapure" Creatine Monohydrate is perfectly fine and less than half the cost of celltec.

Take 5g in you pwo shake and 5g whenever on your non training days.

It is my understanding that you need the sugars to create an insulin spike that transports the creatine into the muscle.. Creapure is just plain creatine with nothing added.. Does it still work? Please excuse my ignorance..

Yes it stil works. The mega-dosing of sugar is a supplement company trick to get you to buy there overprice creatine products.
