Creatine question

I only take creatine post workout with dextrose.

Since I only take it 4-5 days a week, do I still have to cycle it to keep its effectiveness?
 
I always cycle creatine. I will go 3 months on 1 month off. in order to keep the creatine levels in your muscles high you should be taking it everyday. Even off days. also on workout days take it before and after, not just after.
 
If you are going to take creatine, do it everyday.
 
To sustain Creatine levels, it may not be necessary to take it 7 days a week, but you do need to cycle it since your natural levels are still elevated for those weeks/months that you're on creatine.

Keep in mind that it will take longer to reach saturation with only taking creatine 4-5 days a week.
