Creatine Pills

Is there a difference in pills and powder? I already take a protein shake post workout and would hate to add another shake to my diet...are the pills any good?

The Capsules are expensive and the amount of Creatine in one of the capsules is no where near the amount of a teaspoon in terms of grams.

I wouldn't mind hearing from creatine pill users. What brand do you use...how many do you take, when do u take it, how do you like the product?

Creatine pills are simply creatine powder in gelcaps. That's it. There's no real difference other than the pills are much more expensive.
