Creatine or post workout shake

When is the best time to take Creatine? Some say right after your workout with a little grape juice. Everyone I know drinks a shake after there workouts. I hear you cant mix creatine in your shakes cuz it doesnt digest the same. So when do you take creatine. Right after your workout before your shake? Your supposed to take it on and empty stomach right? I never have an empty stomach. WTF
 
i've read that you should take it like a half hour before you workout. get it into the muscles so you don't piss it out. stuff like cell-tech has extra stuff in it that you're supposed to take after your workout. I did a scoop before and a scoop after. a serving is 2 scoops.
 
Research suggests that creatine is most effective when taken in 5g dosages. I don't load because it isn't proven to work, only proven to use more creatine (good for manufacturers). New research also suggests that you should ingest your simple sugar about 1/2 hour after you ingest your 5g of Creatine.

What's this mean?

-take your 5g of creatine 1/2 hour before you go to the gym.
-ingest 30-50g of dextrose right before you begin to workout
-workout
-take 5g of creatine immediately after workout
-1/2 hour after workout ingest 50g of simple carbs, and 30-50g of protein. (protein to grow, not for creatine)
-GROW!!!
 
fuckinmachin - hahha i like that. Hey sounds good. Ive been taking it at bedtime and sometimes right when i wake up. I never knew it really mattered. thanks for the info guys.
