Which one would you choose if you could only take 1. I decided to turn this into a poll just for the hell if it :p

IMO - Glutamine hands down!!

Not only does it have cell volumizing properties like creatine - but it aids in immune system function and overall recovery after a brutal session of throwing iron around the gym!! Without all the damn bad publicity surrounding creatine (not that I believe there's a damn thing wrong with creatine!!).

this is how i would take it too. But if i only could live w/ one, it would have to be creatine.

Took the words out'a my mouth. My opinion exactly, there are lots of other supps to help with catabolism than just L-glut such as; HMB, casein ... unfortunatly there are not as many for bulking comparable to creatine.

I take them both and I think they are both very important but if I had to chose one I think I would take creatin.....

You throw iron around the gym?! Wow, I just lift weights ;)

no way bro, this is the new trend. You have to start light, w/ like 10-15's and throw them around. Just be careful you don't hit the people w/ it, but man you will grow like never before!! lol :p

they both have there stong points. creatine for it's usess in the Krebs cycle and in ATP production, storage and also for the lactic acid buffering abilities.

glutamine for it's immune system functions, digestion functions and it's help to fight muscle catabolism.

FYI...glutamine works withint the cell as a constructive nutrient. it does NOTHING FOR CELLULAR HYDRATION..

i've lived without creatine for 5 years now, thinking about starting it up though....i've been taking L-glutamine off and on for about a year now, i see it helping me when i take it and when i'm off i notice a slight difference...

i'd stick with glutamine.

~p~

Both if you can, but if not L-G! More important by far!

HMB sucks, I can't see how EAS promotes that stuff and I like EAS.
