with me the retained weight on the Keto was normally around 2 days retaining, then off again after that, but I would follow Mr X's worksheet (CKD ws),a nd follow hte Day 1 ritual that for me was like 228g fat/ 88g protein/ <30g Carbs, then follow the day 2 ritual, and if you are in ketosis, go back to ur normal CKD variance.
Also, did you find that the Creatine was helpfull on a CKD? I would assume that it would diminish the diuretic effect of the Ketone Bodies, since most people gain water on Creatine, but Im not 100% familiar with its phisiological properties.
