looking for a no/low sugar creatine... i use a ratio of sugar : creatine as opposed to cost or serving.. anyone have a suggestion?.. i've looked many places.. just wanted to hear what others use... thanks!

MOST creatines out there come in 100% pure creatine form (NO sugar added)

There is always just pure creapure creatine monohydrate. In addition there are loads of formulas out there now with delivery systems other than sugars to spike insulin. Then there are also the newer dicreatine malates and creatine esters. I am currently trying one called jacked.....zero sugar its a creatine ester and citrulline malate combo.

i use TRAC...6 grams of carbs...tastes pretty good..no loading either but expensive

all great ideas.. where are you guys getting your stuff from.. i know this sounds funny.. but i seriously can't find a creatine w/o a ton of carbs and sugar in it..

hmmmmm you have me fascinated now Omega. I think you posted that product two thats coming is not a creatine. Yet this advice to wait. LOL making me try to guess what it is now.
