Hey guys, I've got a few questions about creatine. 1. Is it safe for a 16 year old male that weighs 145 pounds w/ 8% body fat? (I've been working out for over a year now) 2. How much of an increase muscle size/definition do you notice when you start on creatine? 3. Is the GNC stuff o.k. because my parents probably would freak out even though it's naturally occuring and safe and we only have a GNC in town (small town, its in a local drug store). 4. Do you lose muscle size/strength when you stop taking creatine, and if so, how much? Thanks guys for helping a very confused teenager
