Creatine O.k. for 16 year old?

Hey guys, I've got a few questions about creatine. 1. Is it safe for a 16 year old male that weighs 145 pounds w/ 8% body fat? (I've been working out for over a year now) 2. How much of an increase muscle size/definition do you notice when you start on creatine? 3. Is the GNC stuff o.k. because my parents probably would freak out even though it's naturally occuring and safe and we only have a GNC in town (small town, its in a local drug store). 4. Do you lose muscle size/strength when you stop taking creatine, and if so, how much? Thanks guys for helping a very confused teenager :worried:

im 16 and i took these CEE stuff called xpand for almost a month. it'll help you to gain muscle but I think because of our age we are hard to pack lots of weight real quick. i've researched and creatine is safe for us, so give it a shot if you want to gain faster, but the key is still in the actual work out. you can order online if your town don't got anything.

Correct. You wont see the type of gains that you might if you were say, 22+. However, it will help you gain strength and ultimately muscle mass. You are just about the age where your testosterone kicks in to high gear, and your muscle will explode regardless of creatine. Your body fat is pretty low for builking, i would suggest to EAT EAT EAT until your cant anymore. Atleast 3000 calories +. I hope this information helps :)
