no loading phase required, but it will help you see results faster, which might motivate you. it is proven that, a person that does a loading phase, and a person that does not do a loading phase will be at equal gains in a about 3-4 weeks.
Raw MCC is working well and is easy to consume IMO. I guess it depends on the CEE, but I tried Prima's CEE powder and it tastes like battery acid. Caps only on CEE from here on out.
