Just wondered if anyone does a loading phase before taking it?

I've heard that you don't need to do a loading phase, but it helps a lot.

And if you do a loading phase, what's yours like?
 
I've tried it both ways in the past and didn't notice a significant difference either way. So I would say no and let it last longer.
 
no loading phase required, but it will help you see results faster, which might motivate you. it is proven that, a person that does a loading phase, and a person that does not do a loading phase will be at equal gains in a about 3-4 weeks.
 
Raw MCC is working well and is easy to consume IMO. I guess it depends on the CEE, but I tried Prima's CEE powder and it tastes like battery acid. Caps only on CEE from here on out.
 
never even tried creatine before now besides whatever amounts are in nano vapor, no-explode, and superpump 250
