Hi ladies,
I am thinking to try CREATINE, I'v got from CELLMASS and also I have some Thermogenic serum from MMUSA.

I would like put littel bit muscle and tone bit but without looking puffy, is it good idea??

Also I'v heard that for avarage women {I am 132lb} 3g creatine/day..After workout?????

thanks

Hey hun,

Would you be able to tell us what type of creatine is in those products?

I have never noticed any puffiness from taking creatine, but everyone is different.

The Thermo product is more of a vitamin/fat burning supplement and I am not that up on creatine serum.

The BSN product is CEE malate, and creatine malate is meant to be one of the better forms of creatine.

It is also thought to not need any loading, and less likely to cause upset tummies, bloating, water retention.

I have heard from a number of people though that Cell Mass gave them diarrhoea, and recently, there has been a class action case against BSN as their Cell Mass was found to contain the basic creatine, or creatine monohydrate, which is thought to need loading.

Creatine is one of the energy carriers in the muscle, and really, I think the amount you take is probably more related to the amount of muscle you have, rather than being male or female.

Right now I am taking creatine before breakfast, and post workout with some simple carbs (which is also thought to be necessary for creatine to be more effective).

I would think that 3-6 g a day would be a good starting point, see how it goes for you.

Pass on the creatine serum.
BTW. Keep this in mind. There is no such thing as "toning"
There is building muscle and losing fat.
Building muscle actually increases your metobism and will help you drop fat.
You will achieve the look you are going for.
Creatine is okay. It may make you hold water though.
Diet is always number one for results. Supplements are just that... a supplement to a perfect diet!
Best of luck.
