I was thinking about buying this stuff this week. I have a couple of questions though...do you think it's better than the regular creatine? And, I hear that you should do a "loading" phase when you first start it. How many grams of creatine should I take a day when I'm "loading" and how many times a day should I take it? Also, once the loading phase is over...what should the daily dose be?
