Hey guys, i have some creatine that i have had for awhile. Exp 11-2004. It is micronized. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about creatine turning bad and harming the kidneys. I think i had this stuff for a year.
it doesnt go bad, it just loses it's potency because of oxidation. Thus, for a 10 gr dose, you would probably have to take in 15-20 gr of YOUR creatine. As for harming the kidneys, forget about it - not gonna happen.
