is this shit really any better than creatine monohydrate??? when i come off cycle i usually use creatine to help out with keeping the gains, but i hate how it makes me hold water. i bloat up like i'm on d-bol and lose alot of definition. anyone tried this esterfied creatine and liked it better or not had the water retention like regular creatine????......oh yeah, and how about when on gear??
