Creatine differences?

What's the difference in micronized creatine & pure creatine monohydrate? I use Natures Best Pure creatine monohydrate. I get 1000g for about $23. Also, does anyone ever get muscle cramps from creatine? I've been using creatine off & on for a few years but, recently I started getting muscle cramps all over, especially chest, calves & hamstrings and the absolute only thing I've changed is going from 10g ED to 15g ED nothing else, not diet, not water & I even started eating more bananas.

Wrong forum

This should have been posted in the supplement forum instead.

Anyhow the difference in micronized and 'none micronized' creatine is that the 'none micronized' creatine strains your kidneys more than micronized creatine.
Further more micronized creatine should have better absorption through your intestine.

Nah, I think this is the correct forum.

I would have to say that my muscles cramping could have different causes than a non AS user so, it's no different than asking a question regarding diet, ALA or amount of pritein in this forum. Since, if I'm not mistaken while on AS muscles absorb creatine more efficiently. :)

Well it all depends on which kind of steroid you are using.
For instanse anavar and anadrol does increase phosphocreatine synthesis at a high degree, and creatine is therefore very usefull, for that matter creatine helps increase all over strength alot more than creatine taken alone.

You are risking your physique on inferior knockoffs!

Micronized creatine with exactly 75 g of dextrose, prescribed by the WHO for testing diabetes is exactly the right amount for creatine absorption. This with 200 mg ALA will OSMOTICALLY ACCELERATE creatine in your system.

My avatar says it all. CELL TECH is 1950% better than normal creatine ...
