Creatine-Cycle Or Not?

Hey, I was just wondering if cycling will keep gains going, or should I just stay on creatine altogether until im done? and also, when are the best times to take it? Im thinking about 30-40 min before, and right after a workout? thx guys, i appreciate the info.
 
Newer studies are showing that it's pointless to cycle creatine. Keep taking it as long as you can keep paying for it. Take it 30min. before workout, right after workout, and 1 more serving later in the evening. 3-5g each, unless its ester...then less
 
i cycled on and off just cause i couldnt afford it. lol that was a longggg time ago though. i took it an hour before my lift and right after. i never responded well to creatine though i only gained about 5 pounds and i was on for 2 months at the longest
 
shit man, yeah i got a big pack that will last me about 6 months or so, just dont know what will be better, cycling or continueing using it.
 
Kian on EF knows his supplements and he reccomends you cycle because your body will become used to it but it wouldn't hurt to keep taking it, it just wouldn't be as effective as when you first started using it.
