As for delivery mechanisms, all the ALA in the world isn't going to help much if your body is on such a low-calorie regimen that it isn't prepared to produce insulin. I recommend taking half to 3/4 of your daily creatine intake post-workout with your post-workout carbs/protein intake. Continue spreading ALA intake throughout the day.
